Program Features:

  • Payroll cycle can be monthly, semi-monthly or weekly.
  • Days in Year (which is used in salary computation) can be set by the user. Salary calculation can be either flat or daily.

Acidsoft Payroll is our most active program in terms of research and development, this is because
of the dynamic nature of payroll computing, ever changing government policies, and demanding
client requirements. We started this project several years ago (5 years or more) and until now
this is still a system in process! Thus, it is not just a simple out-of-box Excel based payroll system
you can cheaply buy in computer shops, this is real power payroll program that eliminates almost
90% of time consuming task. We try to cater to different clients with varying payroll needs,
including church, hotels, manufacturing, security agency, manpower agents and more, with
employees ranging from 50 to thousands of employees. All these clients having their own unique
payroll policy are amazingly using practically the same version of Acidsoft Payroll! This is

• All transactions containing relevant data are properly documented and stored securely in one central database location. This information includes guest and reservation details, transactionincurred both at frontdesk, restaurant and other revenue centers like dive and souvenir shops.

Table Access Management
One of the powerful feature of Chaos Point-Of-Sale is its table management system. This allows processing of multiple open simultaneous transactions, this is in contrast to other type of retail systems which can only process one single transaction at a time sequentially. The system include a view of all tables with customer names and transaction totals indicated on active tables.

Consider a scenario where a bus full of tourists drop by your restaurant taking orders all at the same time and checking in a hurry all at once. The customers indecision will be the order process bottleneck but they expect you to check out faster once they hand you the payment.

For pharmacies and special shops the table management scheme can be utilized as priority number system.

Touch Easy Processing
The user interface is designed for touch enabled monitors which allows keying order and processing bill by a simple finger touch. This translates to faster and accurate transactions. The POS terminal screen is so organized to minimize touch strokes, most items can be entered in one to three touch and average transactions can be completed in less than a minute.

Color Your POS
To improve recall and efficiency Chaos Point-Of-Sale employs color schemes. All screen, category, menu, and function key colors can be customized to match your taste. Example, you can assign maroon for your food, purple for beverages, red for your mixed drinks and green for salads. The Send button could be brown and the Tender button yellow. You can even create schemes to mimic your corporate themes.

Perfect Integration
It can be used as a stand alone system, however ideal configuration includes a waiter station for taking customer orders, a cashier station for bill printing and payment processing, an optional kitchen and bar printer where orders are routed and printed automatically.

Power And Stability
Chaos Point-Of-Sale is powered by SQL technology, the same database engine used by major internet servers around the world. It is very easy to install and is network ready, making it easy to configure for multiple terminals. The system is tested in actual live environment processing more than ten thousand transactions per day.

How Does it Work
Customer orders are taken by the waiters and entered into the touch screen terminal which assures high accuracy. Menu items are intuitively organized with corresponding colors scheme to improved recall. In the table management layout the correct table will be selected making it the active table. Entering the order details is as easy as browsing the menu categories on screen and softly touching selected items. After all orders is processed the waiter will then log off for next waiter. At the same pos_diagramtime the order slips are sent and printed automatically to the kitchen and bar printer. The system is intelligent enough to split the order, food orders goes to the kitchen and the beverage orders goes to the bar. With little care this process will guarantee all orders are prepared and served on time. An average order will normally take around 1 to 3 minutes.
The cashier will then print customer bill upon request by the waiter. Payment will then be tendered. The system can accept payment in cash, credit card and even charge to rooms. Senior citizen and other form of discounts is processed with a single touch of a button.

At the end of the shift, the cashier will then initiate the Sign Off  by entering the denomination count in the Cash Remittance window. This procedure  creates another level of control since the cashier will have no idea whether she is short (or over) of her sales until the reports are finally printed. Various sales and exception reports are printed automatically including cash remittance report, product sales, hourly report and exception reports.

Chaos Point-of-Sale includes delivery management system ideal for call in delivery services. The system keeps a database of your frequent customers including there addresses and special driver instructions.
