• All transactions containing relevant data are properly documented and stored securely in one central database location. This information includes guest and reservation details, transactionincurred both at frontdesk, restaurant and other revenue centers like dive and souvenir shops.
• This central hotel database is dynamically updated and managed to generate important reports like daily arrival and departure, guest billing and account balances, daily sales and cashiersaccountability report. Several management reports showing occupancy trends and consumptionpatterns can be generated anytime.
• All users are assigned individual user name and password. User access can be restricted to minimal modules required of his designated task.
• All transactions are digitally stamped with date and time and users name encoding the transaction. This creates a complete audit trail whenever necessary.
• At the end of each shift each department can automatically generate relative reports highlighting occupancy status and sales reports which can be used to measure deparment productivity.
